Multi-skilled engineers, and a commitment to quality

We make significant investments in the training and quality of our people, and we are proud of the dedication and commitment they show. Our people are highly motivated and we always actively seek feedback from our clients to make sure we are meeting and exceeding their expectations. Our MD Kevin Sherwood will often visit or call clients immediately following a project to make sure they are satisfied with how everything went.

We are also investing in multi-skilling for all our engineers, who are qualified in multiple disciplines and can carry our repairs across a selection of the services that we provide. This ensures a more effective delivery for our clients because we can carry out a range of works on one visit. We are working towards a target of 100% multi-skilling by the end of 2010.

We are also working towards Investors in People status and intend to have full status by June 2010.
